REGISTRATION FOR 2012-13
We hope the information below will aid you in the process of registering your family for the 2012-2013 school year.

Health Corner

Family Access is the online system used to aid in registering your child for the next school year.  Family Access can be found under Parent Resources on our website, or an icon on the main web page located on the bottom of the page.  Once you have accessed the main screen, you will need to enter the following information the Login: (can be obtained from students school), and the Password: (can be obtained from students school).

 

While in Family Access you are able to:

· Register your child(ren)

· Change your login/password

· Review Fee Management

· View Gradebook

· Make Food Service payments

**If you do not have access to a computer, please pick up, complete and return the registration packet to your child(rens) school

NURSE DAY:   Nursing staff will be available on August 16th from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Holmes to answer any questions.

Transportation Information
The District will now offer the option of purchasing an extra milk on a daily basis for $0.30.  The lunch cost is $2.65 which includes (1) milk. If your child purchases extra milk, they will be charged at the time of purchase.  Free & Reduced students pay full cost for additional milk.  Your child(ren)'s lunch purchases and payments can be viewed through Family Access by selecting Food Service. 

July 1st is when the state posts the income guidelines. For those interested in completing an application, one will be mailed home the first week of July.

The "Save My Seat" forms have been collected and bus stops have been set for the 2012-13 school year.  Look for the line item to appear on the invoice you will receive in July to confirm that your transportation request has been received by the district.  All transportation payments are due by July 31st .  All PAID school bus IDs will be distributed to your student(s) classroom the first day of school.  If you have any questions, and/or concerns please call (630) 515-4848 or e-mail: bgiazzon@maercker.org.

     
 PTA Information

Summer Hours

Pick up your students pre-ordered supply kit and calendar/school handbook on Thursday, August 16th at Holmes school from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.  While registering on Family Access, please check off the box to indicate your approval/permission for PTA to receive your e-mail information.  

 

Except for new students, residents will be chosen at random to verify residency.  The parents of all new students will be required to prove residency.

 

School offices will be open for business from June 13th thru 30th and August 1st thru 5th from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday thru Thursday.  Assistance will be available during the month of July by appointment only.
