Steel erection has started and the building is starting to take shape. The steel columns and beams have been erected, and the construction of the second floor and roof decks has begun.

Despite significant delays due to permit issues and the extreme weather swings, construction is progressing at both Holmes and Westview Hills.

Holmes:
All concrete footings and concrete foundation work was completed during December. After testing for proper concrete strength, the contractor backfilled the foundation walls with stone.

Construction Update 12/7/18

November has been a very successful month in the continuation of the Holmes School addition work. Despite early season cold weather and one snowstorm, the project has continued moving forward.
