Important Health Updates
Our teachers, staff and administration teams are looking forward to welcoming students back to school next week! This is a reminder that students in Preschool, Kindergarten, Second and Sixth grades have physical and/or immunization requirements to start the school year. Please make sure to have these records submitted to your child’s home school prior to the first day of student attendance on August 24, 2023.
Additionally, if your child requires medication to be administered at school on a daily basis or in emergency situations, medication authorization forms must be completed by your child’s physician prior to the first day of school. This form must be completed for both self-administration and health office administration.
For your convenience, office and nursing staff will be available at the “Meet the Teacher Night” at each school, on Tuesday, August 22 at 4:30-6:30 p.m. You may drop off physical forms, medication authorization forms and medications at that time. Please make sure you bring your child’s medications in the original containers with the prescription labels intact. Place each medication in a Ziplock bag with a label. If you are not able to drop off medication at the health office on this evening, please contact Amy Bailey at the contact information below. Please DO NOT send medication with your students on the first day of school.
We are looking forward to a wonderful, safe and healthy year,
