Our Bilingual Parent Advisory Committee (BPAC) is hosting an event for all District 60 families next week! Join us for a special Dia de los Muertos event on Tuesday, Oct. 28, from 6:30-8 p.m. at Holmes School at 5800 S. Holmes Ave. in Clarendon Hills.

All families are welcome to participate in this cultural experience: 

  • Visit the community ofrenda (altar) honoring family and culture

  • Learn about the traditions of Día de los Muertos

  • Enjoy craft stations for families

  • Celebrate culture, memory and togetherness

BPAC is currently looking for more parents/guardians to get involved with the organization! In an effort to develop students as multicultural learners, the purpose of the organization is to offer a variety of programs and services to meet the needs of our students speaking 45 different languages.
