We hope you have enjoyed getting to know our new teachers for the 2024-25 school year. Please welcome Elena Mitevski who will be teaching second grade at Holmes! She wanted to work at D60 because of the incredible diversity of the community and the dedication to inclusion at the district.
“I was attracted to education because of my love for learning and teaching,” said Elena. “One of the most exciting aspects of teaching is being able to witness a student's aha moment when they grasp a new concept, thanks to your dedication, guidance and commitment.”
Welcome Elena!
